We are BACK IN OPERATION(!) again and are currently taking requests for refurbs/repairs of rockmodules and headphone amps. However there is a waiting list for these services. Email us with your request and refurb/repair info and we will add you to the refurb/repair list. We will also notify you when your place holder is next in line and send you a refurb/repair ORDER FORM to fill out for each module along with further SHIPPING INFO and instructions for your PerfectSound refurb/repair. Thank you for your patience while we service our first-come first-serve customers. It has come to our attention that our previous email service has been far less than adequate in performance and delivery of customers correspondence. So to that end we are changing our contact information to eliminate the previous faulty email delivery provider.
